I am Alexis Frederick-Bouy(FreddyB), MA, MEd.
I am a Christian sexologist and intimacy coach.
I help women rebuild connection in marriage through truth, healing, and intentional intimacy.
I have a Master’s of Education in Human Sexuality Studies and a Master’s of Arts Degree in Community Psychology & Social Change. My work blends comprehensive sexuality education, clinical understanding, and Christian-based intimacy coaching.
I specialize in Christian marital intimacy, body image healing, and relational reconnection.
My work was shaped by lived experience, professional training, and deep conversations with women who love God but feel disconnected from themselves and their marriages.
I understand the weight of silence in relationships.
I understand what it means to desire closeness and still feel far away.
I created space for honest conversation where shame is not in charge.
Why I Created PLEASE ME®
I created PLEASE ME® because I saw a gap in Christian spaces.
Sex and intimacy were either avoided or oversimplified.
I wanted a framework that honored God and honored pleasure.
I wanted structure that felt practical and healing at the same time.
PLEASE ME® was built to help women reconnect with their bodies, their desires, and their marriages without shame.
It gives language to needs that were never taught.
It creates rhythm for intimacy that feels intentional instead of accidental.
It supports couples in building closeness that lasts beyond motivation.
My Faith Perspective
My foundation is rooted in Jesus.
