I am Alexis Frederick-Bouy(FreddyB), MA, MEd.
I am a Christian sexologist, intimacy coach, and the creator of the PLEASE ME® Intimacy Framework. Through education, coaching, and the PLEASE ME® Intimacy Framework, I help couples strengthen connection, break free from shame, and experience pleasure on purpose.
I have a Master’s of Education in Human Sexuality Studies and a Master’s of Arts Degree in Community Psychology & Social Change. My work blends comprehensive sexuality education and Christian-based intimacy coaching.
As both a Christian Sexologist and a woman living this journey myself, I began noticing a gap. Many Christian women were taught how to be good wives, but few were taught that their pleasure, desire, and emotional connection matter too. That realization sparked a passion in me to help couples reclaim God’s design for sex & intimacy.
When I’m not talking about sex & intimacy, you’ll find me “annoying” the husbae, loving on my two boys, and fully in my wife, mom, and soft girl era. I live somewhere in between “Praise is What I Do” and being the unofficial lead representative of the 99/2000s, and I bring that same mix of faith, boldness, and humor into everything I do.
I created PLEASE ME® because I saw a gap in Christian spaces.
Sex and intimacy were either avoided or oversimplified.
PLEASE ME® is about helping couples slow down, pay attention, and prioritize the different ways pleasure shows up in marriage. It moves intimacy beyond obligation and into connection, desire, and joy.
What makes this approach different is simple. Traditional marriage advice often centers duty, endurance, and “getting through.” The PLEASE ME® Framework centers both partners as whole people with emotional, spiritual, and physical needs that matter.
When couples engage this work, the shift is real. Communication becomes easier. Emotional distance closes. Intimacy feels less like pressure and more like connection. Couples begin to experience marriage as a place of safety, attraction, and pleasure on purpose.
My foundation is rooted in Jesus.
My approach honors Scripture, wisdom, and grace.
I believe sexuality is not separate from spirituality.
I believe intimacy can be sacred and healthy at the same time.
I hold space for truth without shame.
I hold space for healing without fear.
I believe God cares about connection in marriage.
I believe restoration is possible for couples who feel stuck.

Educate. Empower. Enhance.
I believe God created intimacy as a gift, not a source of shame.
My mission is to help Christian wives let go of guilt, embrace pleasure as part of God’s design, and build deeper connection in their marriages. Through honest conversations, practical tools, and biblical truth, I create space for discussions that are often missing from both the church and the culture.
